We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and will send a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
All orders are sent via a tracked method and your tracking will be included in your dispatch notification email.
If you have ordered a pre-order item, please refer to the product page for when we will dispatch by and add the below delivery times onto this.

*Import duties, taxes and charges are not included, so find out from your local customs office what additional costs you might have to pay. Please also note that due to the impact of COVID-19, some countries may be subject to delays.
Unfortunately we cannot currently offer express delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your item(s), but if not, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and tags are intact. Please ensure to include your order confirmation or order number within the returned parcel.
To return an item, email us at email@example.com and we will advise where to send your return.
You will have to cover the costs of your return and are responsible for it until it reaches us, so we advise sending via a tracked method.
We aim to process your refund within 7 days of receipt.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or style email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of your return. For UK customers we are able to offer a pre-paid return label to cover the cost of this. International customers will need to organise and pay for the return themselves, however we will cover the postage costs of the replacement size/style.
